Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Important Information

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed in the event of any delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building’s management. If your package is still missing, contact the carrier directly for more information. We recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature if you are concerned about package security.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. All Sales Are Final: We take great care in creating and packaging each product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Product Concerns: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
